As you may have noticed, I'm not good at blogging. In fact, I'm not a blogger but a blog stalker. Yes, if you have a blog, most likely I have seen it. In fact, Andy tells me to get off of everyone else's blog and get on our own. So, in an attempt to become a better blog person, I'm going to attempt to do more personal blogs. That way all of you will get to know a little more about us. And maybe SOME DAY, I will be a blogger. I'm not making any promises though.
First, I'm secretly dreading next week. Our son, Aidan, starts first grade. It's been so nice to have him home over the summer and I'm going to miss him terribly during the day. Of course, on the first day of school, I will be that Mom documenting every minute of his morning. Photos of him with his backpack, him walking to school, him at school waiting to go in and the final shot, him walking in. Now you would think I would be an old pro as he was in Kindergarten last year but right now, I feel like it will be just as difficult-for me. Of course, I'm sure he will be fine.
Now for a random fact. I love broccoli and Andy hates it. Don't worry though. I don't always eat it in a "healthy" way. The best way to eat broccoli? Steamed with melted butter and mayo on it. Yum!
So we are looking forward to an exciting weekend. We are shooting an incredible wedding on Saturday and then we have an engagement session and portrait session on Sunday. Stay tune for those on the blog!
Happy Thursday!

Bradley - newborn session
I was so happy when I was contacted to shoot Bradley's newborn session. They were referred to us by another couple that we had worked with and let's face it, I love babies. If I could, I would have a huge family but unfortunately that is not my reality. So in the meantime, I love to shoot other families. Here are just a few of my favorites from Bradley's session. He was such a serious little man but oh so cute.
